This is a key FOB controlled relay that locks out the ignition system, making it unable to start the vehicle without the FOB to turn it "ON". These have about a 50 foot range, so you can turn them "off" from the RV, or anywhere within range.
The relays are fully encapsulated to be be water/vibration/ and overall Offroad proof.
Very simple to install, just need a 12V feed, and then interrupt either the positive or ground wire going to the ignition switch. Full instructions are included, but, anyone with pretty basic wiring knowledge can handle this.
