Refund policy

We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.  If your brake does not work out for you for any reason, contact for a return and we will provide a full refund once the return is received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at springbrakethingy@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO BOX 421, KANAB UT 84714

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.  You will be refunded for the returned item once received.


Refunds
When the returned item is received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
